The Roaring 20′s are back with La Perla
For Fall/Winter 2011 – 2012, La Perla takes us back to the roaring twenties. The collection centers around four major themes, Art Nouveau, Feathers and Cheetahs,Contrast Mesh and Tuxedo Details, and A Game of Transparencies. Art Nouveau uses Leavers lace mixed with tulle and pleats with top stitching to create a “pin-stripe” effect. To offset the masculine pin stripes, small criss-cross silk ribbons soften the pieces.
